How Steve Straz pays people:

Sometimes on time, sometimes with bad checks

sometimes they hire an attorney

The water hookup company did their work on 9.25.19

Got paid on 7.21.20  (That's only 300 days later)

The company ended up hiring an attorney to get paid at closing

Could have saved thousands if paid on time and no attorney was needed
